ABOUT SCOTT

Scott has spent his career building brands that shift how people experience culture and hospitality. His gift is seeing what others miss, then turning it into storytelling with emotional electricity: helping brands to capture attention, drive results and inspire customer loyalty. Across every chapter, one theme keeps repeating: the joy of serving others, and helping them pursue what they love.

TRUSTED BY LEADING BRANDS

In a centuries-old industry, Scott was part of an executive team that proved you can invent a new brand (W Hotels) through innovative experience design, and reinvigorate existing brands (Westin) through something as simple as branding a bed (the Westin Heavenly Bed). This work helped grow Starwood into a global hotel and leisure leader, later acquired by Marriott.

As President, Scott redefined what a modern ideas company could be, creating a radically new way of gathering people: intimate, challenging, imaginative, and emotionally alive. From John Kerry to Gloria Steinem, Jennifer Lawrence to Wynton Marsalis, TNP convened leading thinkers, visionaries, and performers to spark ideas that move people and drive change.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Scott was an architect of the concept of “hotel as theater,” reimagining boutique hotels as cultural stages for design, fashion, art, and music. From hosting Art Basel Miami to The Academy Awards, The Grammys, and Fashion Week in New York and London, his work reshaped how guests relate to hotels as places that create memorable experiences.

“Scott is brilliant at delivering customer experiences. He understands that this is the way to fulfill a brand promise.”
